Leon trotsky
Leon Trotsky (1879 – 1940) was one of the key figures in the Russian Revolution. He was a pure communist true to Karl Marx’s ideas, and established his own theory of Trotskyism. Exiled in 1928 from the Soviet Union after losing a power struggle with Joseph Stalin, Trotsky was assassinated in 1940.
